**As of May 14, 2025, the project was awarded to General Construction Duggan & Duggan, Electrical Construction Pure Tech Electric, Mechanical Construction Mazza Mechanical, with total awarded amount of $1,573,203.** All questions regarding obtaining bid documents shall be directed to April Harvey, aharvey@CPLteam.com, 716-701-7009 and project related questions can be directed to Levi Feely, lfeely@CPLteam.com, 716-701-7008. Bids shall be prepared as set forth in "Instructions to Bidders", enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on its face the name and address of the Bidder and the title of the Work to which the bid enclosed relates. Each Bidder shall deposit with its bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the "Instructions to Bidders." No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual bid opening. Oswayo Valley School District hereby reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all Bids or to accept the one that in its judgement will be the best interest of the school district.
