The deadline to ask questions is 3/12/2025 12:00 PM CST Project Includes, but is not limited to: Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. Clearing, grubbing, and reshaping existing ditches 2. Resetting existing culverts and installing new culverts 3. Reseeding / hydromulch Attention is called to the fact that not less than the federally determined prevailing (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts) wagerate, as issued by the Texas Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Affairs and contained in the contract documents,must be paid on this project. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employmentare not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual identity, gender identity, or national origin. Thisproject is also subject to the Build America, Buy America Act, which requires that all iron, steel, manufactured products,and construction materials used in infrastructure projects, to be produced in the United States. The City of Angus reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Angus for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
