Renovation of a medical facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The OMH, Bronx Psychiatric Center is looking for quotes for the replacement of broken insulated glass for 3 windows as listed in section 2 Scope of work of the attached RFQ. The work will take place at our facility located at 1500 Water Place, Bronx NY 10461, Building 35 and building 39. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the RFQ by 3:00 PM ET, March 14, 2025. "Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. Only the designated, sole point of contact listed below should be contacted during the restricted period of communication. The restricted period begins with the publication of the ad in the New York State Contract Reporter and will end with the approval by the New York State Office of the State Comptroller of this contractual agreement.
