Reference number: 20051542 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-03-18 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 3 The municipality of Wotton is requesting tenders for construction work to redevelop premises in the former caisse populaire, and published under the title indicated above. Tenders shall be accompanied by a tender bond valid for a period of 60 days after the opening date of tenders, set at 10% of the bid amount, or a certified check made out to the Municipality of Wotton for the same amount. This bid guarantee (bond or certified check) shall be exchanged at the signature of the contract by a performance bond and a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for pawns, labor and materials, each equal to 50% of the total contract price by a bond and 10% of the total contract price by a certified check.
