PURPOSE OF CALL FOR INTEREST The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures (hereinafter referred to as "Societe") invites interested suppliers, manufacturers and curtain wall installers to participate in the project for the renovation of the envelope and exterior fittings of the Palais de justice de Quebec (hereinafter "PJQ") in the integrated project delivery mode (hereinafter "RPI"), to express their interest. The main objective of this call for interest is to survey the market among suppliers, manufacturers and curtain wall installers in order to understand the issues and opportunities that they anticipate in connection with the deployment of IPD, including their interest in being a signatory to the contract. No contract will be entered into directly with a company as a result of its participation in this call for proposals. However, based on the results of this process, a procurement process could be initiated to potentially retain companies that will participate in the project. Responding to this Call for Interest is not a prerequisite for entering into a contract or being authorized to participate in the subsequent stages of a potential procurement process.
