Asphalt quantities are approximately 1,675 TONS of HMA as specified in the contract documents. The Town of Telluride reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, in part or in whole, or to waive any informalities or technicalities in this Request for Proposal if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town to do so. Summary of Work The Contract Documents provide for construction of Telluride's 2025 Street Mill & Overlay Program. The WORK includes milling, patching, and paving, as described below. A submittal of hot asphalt mix (HMA) and Class 6 road base is required prior to start of work pursuant to Town and Project specifications. A Pre-Construction Meeting is required before primary mobilization, and 48-hour notice is required prior to mobilization to other work areas.
