Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a 26,800-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 15,800-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for the construction and renovation project at Irmo High School. The scope of work will include the construction of a new cafeteria/student center and the renovation of the current cafeteria into a small business incubator for student entrepreneurship. ACQUIRE SERVICES: The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions.
