Renovation of a military facility in Eglin, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This memorandum provides the Statement of Work for the installation of Lenel access control system in Rm 111/112 Bldg. 13. Scope- Room 112B 1. Install (1) LSP4 enclosure within room 112B including (1) LNL-2220 intelligent two door controller, (1) AL600 power supply (provided by the AFRL team) for the controller and reader, (1) AL600 power supply with enclosure (provided by the AFRL team) for lock power, and (3) 7AH 12VDC system backup batteries. 2. Install (1) HID, PIV Class reader including integrated keypad on the unsecured side of each of the following doors including all noted electrified door hardware and required cabling back to the Lenel controller located in room 112B: x Government Provided Room 112B Entry Door- HES 1006 Mortise Style Electric Strike 3. Provide and install (1) Lenel workstation within room 112B (final location TBD) for control of the secure area Lenel system. 4. Provide and install a 32ES license and associated Lenel software onto the AUTS provided workstation within room 112B (final location TBD) including all required Cat6 cabling from the new controller in room 112B to the new workstation. 5. Terminate all system cabling. 6. Program the Lenel software to accept the new controller and door configurations. 7. Test full system function. 8. Provide two (2) hours of system use training for the local administration personnel. 9. Provide system configuration and testing documentation. Scope- Rooms 111, 111A, and 112A 1. Install (1) LSP4 enclosure within the first-floor mechanical room including (2) LNL-1320 dual reader controllers (provided by the AFRL team), (1) AL600 power supply for the controllers and readers, (1) AL600 power supply with enclosure for lock power, and (3) 7AH 12VDC system backup batteries. 2. Install (1) HID, PIV Class reader including integrated keypad on the unsecured side of each of the following doors including all noted electrified door hardware and required cabling back to the Lenel controller located in the first-floor mechanical room: x Government Provided Room 111A Entry Door- HES 1006 Mortise Style Electric Strike x Government Provided Room 112A Entry Door- HES 1006 Mortise Style Electric Strike 2. Install (1) HID, PIV Class reader without keypad on the unsecured side of each of the following doors including all noted electrified door hardware and required cabling back to the Lenel controller located in the first-floor mechanical room: x Government Provided Room 111 Entry Door- HES 1006 Mortise Style Electric Strike 3. Terminate all system cabling. 4. Program the existing Lenel software to accept the new controllers and door configurations. 5. Test full system function. 6. Provide system configuration and testing documentation. Period of Performance The overall project is expected to take 60-120 days from award until final acceptance due to the long lead nature of the HID PIV Class readers. Actual project timelines will be determined post award during the project kickoff meeting which will occur within one (1) week of contract award. Possible conditions that will affect scheduling are active missions, facility not ready for installation, holiday schedules, material availability, travel conditions, and shipping lead times.
