This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by the Corporation of the Town of New Tecumseth (the "Town") for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement, as detailed below. The contractor is required to provide a condition assessment for concrete, asphalt and interlocking stone surfaces meeting Minimum Maintenance Standards (MMS).
