The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) requires Contractors to perform road rehabilitation and maintenance activities on behalf of the Engineering Services and Public Works Departments. Activities include, but are not limited to, milling and paving asphalt, subgrade removal and preparation, concrete rehabilitation, miscellaneous asphalt and concrete repairs, and all traffic accommodation. The size and complexity of this work can vary throughout the duration of the 2026 construction season.
