Renovation of a municipal facility in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 36,430-square-foot municipal facility.
As of January 8, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The renovation and rehabilitation of an existing 38,000 SF (approximate) warehouse building, with a new 7,367 SF addition, including but not limited to, new site paving, surfaces, furnishings, amenities, fencing, landscaping, irrigation, retention pond, as well as directional and identification signage, The scope of work shall also include, but not limited to, all demolition and removal of debris as outlined as well as new walls, floors, ceilings, roofing, windows, doors, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, cabinetry, shelving, lockers, HVAC, electrical service, lighting, solar, data, communication lines, and security systems.
