Renovation of a medical facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Project consists of 1055 square meters of expansion to house a new boiler and co-generation power generating equipment and 335 square meters maintenance and repair garage. The project scope includes work onsite and as well as required work offsite. The project involves completing the assembly of the boiler and heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), which have already been installed by another mechanical contractor. The scope of work includes remediating and installing boiler external piping/section 1, performing hydrotesting, submitting the final data report, and obtaining the ASME "S" stamp for the boiler and HRSG assembly. The bidder shall refer to the Scope of Work (SOW) for a comprehensive description of the work. We are inviting trade contractors to submit a time and material with a maximum upset (the Bid) to perform the following Work: Tender Package #8 - Boiler External Piping (BEP) scope of work
