Project No: 111057 Remove and dispose of pcb containing caulking from curtain wall/window frame to concrete or masonry wall. Hand clean all adjacent surfaces and dispose of water and cleaning materials as bulk pcb product waste. All caulk/sealants, and any masonry scheduled for demolition within 6 inches of pcb containing caulks/sealants shall be disposed of as bulk pcb product waste. Remove and dispose of pcb containing caulking from stone panel to masonry. Hand clean all adjacent surfaces and dispose of water and cleaning materials as bulk pcb product waste. All caulk/sealants, and any masonry scheduled for demolition within 6 inches of pcb containing caulks/sealants shall be disposed of as bulk pcb product waste. Remove and dispose of pcb containing caulking from door frame or louver to masonry. Hand clean all adjacent surfaces and dispose of water and cleaning materials as bulk pcb product waste. All caulk/sealants, and any masonry scheduled for demolition within 6 inches of pcb containing caulks/sealants shall be disposed of as bulk pcb product waste. After pcb containing caulks have been removed the substrates shall be cleaned of any debris. All masonry cleaning scope within 6 of the caulk/sealants shall be completed under pcb remediation conditions and the cleaning water collected, containerized and disposed of as bulk pcb product waste. Submit a job specific work plan outlining the means and methods for caulk removal and cleaning and collection of the cleaning water. The Funds project specific goals for this project are 5% MBE and 5% WBE and 3% SDVOB.
