The City through its Department of Capital Assets and Construction is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of Duggan Academy parking lot to include the rehabilitation of an existing parking lot, bus pick-up/dropoff area, creation of a new small parking lot at the front of the school and rehabilitation of an existing access road on the west side of the building. Estimated cost of the project is $1,000,000.00. This bid falls under M.G.L. Ch. 3039M and other procurement statutes.
