The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract to repair and replace the ballfield lamps and ballasts of lights over 40 feet tall at the city-owned athletic fields. The awarded vendor(s) will repair damaged ballast and replace lamps that will be supplied by the City. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 5/1/2025 05:00:00 PM (CT) SCOPE OF WORK REQUIREMENTS The awarded vendor shall provide all equipment, labor, and technical supervision to repair and replace the lamps and ballast attached to poles of a height greater than 40 foot tall, including but not limited to: The repairs are to assure that all lamps are operational and within industry and manufacturers' tolerances. Upon completion of the repair and replacement; a label shall be attached to device and a report provided to a City point of contact; indicating the date serviced and lamp replaced, if applicable. Complete repair or replacement shall take no longer than twenty-four (24) hours unless authorized by the affected site's engineer.
