Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Rocky Mount Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a contractor to provide labor, supervision, and equipment for the renovation of approximately 4,500 linear feet of greenway in Sunset Park, located along River Drive in Rocky Mount, NC. Tar River and stream riparian zones Tar River riparian zones are present within Sunset Park. The contractor shall be aware of these features and adhere to all Federal, State, and Local guidelines concerning riparian zones. Submit Written Questions Contractor Monday 3/03/2025 5:00 PM The Bidder has the responsibility to make a good faith effort to solicit minority proposals and to attain the aspirational ten percent (10%) goal. We encourage all Bidders even MWBE/HUBs to obtain the aspirational goal where subcontracting and supplier opportunities exist.
