Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Lead Paint Removal - Statewide. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Questions should be directed to muhammad.chowdhury@mass.gov by close of business on 3/26/25. Bidders must be certified by DCAMM as: DELEADING CONTRACTOR. Work under these items includes removal and disposal of peeling lead paint from various DCR facilities along with removal and disposal of all debris on the floor and ground. Paint removal shall consist of removing all visible paint down to the bare substrate from the floor, wall or ceiling or to a height of 5' as directed by Project Engineer. Paint removal for interior and exterior doors, door jambs and door casings shall begin at the floor to ground junctions and extent beyond the five foot level to the head brim. Painted doors shall have the paint removed from the edge of the side panel beyond the four inch line to the first interior panel. Paint shall also be removed from existing locks and hardware. The Work consists of the Work identified in the Contract Documents. The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the Work in accordance with all Laws, and all construction and other services required to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished by the Contractor or that the Contract Documents require the Contractor to cause to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished. The Contractor shall provide and perform for the Contract Price all the duties and obligations set forth in the Contract Documents.
