Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project Scope: The project consists ofgeneral site civil work to develop up to 19 pickleball courts in the location ofthe existing tennis courts adjacent to the Bowers Park pool. The project includes existing tennis courts demolition, fine grading, new concrete sidewalks, synthetic turf, two shade structures, an open air pickleball court structure, a new restroom facility, new water service, new sanitary sewer service, storm drainage improvements, and lighting and security upgrades. Award ofthe contract will be made within fifty (50) calendar days from the date ofthe bid opening
