Contractor responsible for obtaining correct quantities. 2) Installation of approximately 270 LF of commercial gutter and downspouts at north side of roof. Contractor responsible for obtaining correct quantities. 3) Removal and replacement of two entry doors, removal of one entry door and infill opening and the removal and replacement of three overhead doors. 4) All accessories needed for installation of above items. All bids are to be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the work and materials and are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope which must be addressed to the undersigned City Administrator. In a separate sealed envelope that is attached to the outside of the bid envelope, there shall be a copy of the bidder's CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE or CERTIFICATE OF RENEWAL which shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, made payable to the City of Jamestown, in the amount of 5% of the total bid, executed by the bidder as principal, and by a surety company authorized to do business in North Dakota, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract for performance of such work if the contract is awarded to him. All phases of the work shall be completed by September 15, 2025. The City Council of the City of Jamestown, North Dakota, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to hold bids until the next regularly scheduled City Council meeting.
