Does the A&E firm have to use the attached SF330 fillable pdf, or can we use our own word documents that has been formatted to the SF330 template The AE can use their own 330 documents, but they must comply with the requirements of 330 located at GSA.gov. Can you update the requirement for the design and construction projects within the past 5 years be only for the construction Most of our projects that we would like to use have construction completed within 5 years, but the design was completed in 2017, 2018, 2019. Or is it possible to change the construction completion to a 75% complete. We have many projects that are similar, but the construction is in progress vs. 100% complete.
