We are looking for a 12x12 Dimensions and all Galvanized hardware colors are optional will need concrete footings we could accommodate contractors ferrying back and forth to the island, so they do not need to rent a boat. All Demo will be in house we can bring concrete mixers to the island but no Concrete Truck we will leave a clean spot for contractors to work in.
