AMSC is seeking a property management firm to facilitate tenant rentals, perform ongoing building maintenance, supervise building modifications and upgrades, and generally ensure the smooth operation of the Alberta Municipal Place Property located in Edmonton, Alberta. ABmunis serves as the anchor tenant for the Property, which is a three-floor office building built in 1985 with elevators and other building assets managed by a Building Automation System, and which also includes outdoor parking and a small, landscaped area. Included in the building are ten professional office rental spaces, two of which are currently vacant.
