As of December 16, 2025, an architect has been selected, and the project is currently in the design phase. A definitive construction timeline has not yet been established, as the projected schedule is contingent upon securing additional state funding. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Florida State University seeks an architectural/engineering team for the design of a new College of Nursing building to support the development of FSU Health and complement all other health-related programs at FSU. The facility may be either a free-standing building or an addition to the existing Duxbury Building. Question Submission no later than 5 pm EST 3/10/2025 Answer Submission (estimated) 3/17/2025 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
