Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Orange, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Replace Flooring, Building 1, 4th Floor Project# 561-25-101 is to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing flooring, and furnish labor and materials to perform work as required by drawings and specifications at the VANJ Health VANJ Health Care System, East Orange, NJ campus NAICS: 238330 Size Standard: 19 Million Magnitude of Construction: $250,000 and $500,000 Period of Performance: 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed(NTP) This requirement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Potential contractors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and are certified in the Veterans Small Business (VetCert) program (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov) at the time of bid submission and prior to award of this procurement. Bidders must submit their annual Vets-4212 Report. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday 5/6/2025 at 7:30am Eastern Time. Prospective bidders are to meet at Building 5A, Room 113.
