Renovation of an educational facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of April 25, 2025, the project was awarded to Mission Restaurant Supply, with an awarded amount of $2,929,528.23.** Cafeteria Serving Line Equipment Replacement Project For additional information call (361) 695-7350 and refer to the corresponding proposal number. Equipment Contractor must deliver, assemble, set in place including leveling, fastening, etc. and make all final connections to ensure the equipment is fully installed and operational. The equipment contractor shall further provide one year's service including all parts and labor, and instruct Food Service employees on the operation and care of the equipment. Final plumbing and electrical connections will be done by vendor, or a contractor appointed by the vendor. 1. Mod-U-Serve is responsible for the fabricating of the product, including manufacturer provided or sourced components, with proper workmanship, void of errors, per the written specification and signed submittal drawings, per the scope of work timeframe defined. 2. Mod-U-Serve will thoughtfully remove existing serving lines and appropriately dispose of them. 3. Mod-U-Serve is to make all electrical and plumbing upgrades as necessary. 4. Mod-U-Serve will cut and cap any unnecessary utilities 5. Mod-U-Serve is to deliver, provide assembly, leveling and start-up of all equipment; make all final electrical connections as specified; perform all necessary site visits prior to and during fabrication and for any field measurements; install and make all serving lines, buyout equipment and UL Listed Utility Risers ready for final electrical connections and perform all equipment start up 6. All existing signage will be removed by Mod-U-Serve and replaced with servery marketing art and decor to include suspended and mounted art: menu boards, mascot cafe sign, dining room identification art, custom designed wall and suspended ceiling art. 7. Mod-U-Serve is responsible for removing all installation related trash and debris from the jobsite. 8. Upon final completion of the installation of the serving line, it is the responsibility of the Mod-U-Serve sales representative to provide and/or arrange for a thorough educational demonstration covering operation, cleaning, and preventative maintenance for all equipment installed on this project. 9.
