Any City sidewalk or street access or permits is the Contractor's responsibility to coordinate. 6) The new units shall be installed on the existing platforms. If necessary, the existing platforms are to be rebuilt or replaced and made weather-tight. 7) The Contractor will provide new curb adapters for each of the 5 newunits. 8) If necessary, replace existing electrical conduit on the roof with new durableweatherproof flexible conduit of same size, roof penetrations are to be water-tight. 9) The Contractor will provide and install (5) new 3 phase fused disconnect. 10) The Contractor will ensure any roof penetrations are made water-tight. 11) The Contractor will provide proper start-up and deliver fully functioning system 12) The Contractor is responsible to protect the existing roofing from damage. 13) The Contractor will properly dispose of all the removed units/hardware. 14) Cleanup work area.
