Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of the works described below: - Watermain cleaning and Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining of approximately 1,160 m of existing watermains on Willow Avenue, Chapple Avenue, Strand Avenue and Anita Boulevard. - Supply and replacement of existing water valves and hydrant sets within the project limits - Full restoration of roadways, sidewalks, driveways, landscaped areas and any other features disturbed during construction Digital copies of the tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Consulting Engineer, TULLOCH Engineering, located at 71 Black Road Unit No. 8, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, and from the Sault Ste. Marie Construction Association Tenders must be accompanied with a tender deposit in the form of a certified cheque in the amount of $50,000 payable to PUC Services Inc. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond upon execution of the contract. Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. PUC Services Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
