The Lake Park Community Redevelopment Agency, (herein after the CRA) is accepting submittals for Professional Design Services and Public Engagement for a Master Plan for Bert Bostrom Park. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) number 108-2025The Lake Park CRA is accepting submittals from qualified firms to provide the following services:1) Public engagement and design master planning services (Phase 1).2) Architectural & Engineering Design for a Permit & Construction Ready set of plans and specifications (Phase 2).3) Construction management services (Phase 3&4) associated with the construction of a Community Center, park amenities and potentially an Aquatic Center within Bert Bostrom Park. The project is located on north side of Bayberry Drive between 6th Street and 7th Street. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The CRA Board of the Town of Lake Park reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in a bid and to make awards in the best interests of the Town.
