Clear Span Building The City shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals not in the best interest of the City The project is located at the Public Works Facility in the City of Jacksonville Beach and consists of Installation of clear span metal buildings : Contractor shall be responsible for properly unloading,storing, installing and maintaining all materials and equipment. The Contractor shall perform the work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, and replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction. Installation of clear span metal buildings The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. Contractor shall be responsible for properly unloading, storing, installing and maintaining all materials and equipment. The Contractor shall perform the Work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, and replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction. This Contract comprises the improvements in the downtown area of Jacksonville Beach, as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction, demolition and abandonment efforts. The general summary of work is as listed below. o Provide construction documents for a Clear Span Metal Building with dimensions of 110' Long x 75' Wide x 18' Tall in the location shown in the attached map. o Proposed building: Open on short ends and install 2-20'x14' openings on long ends. o Provide and install clear span building per Engineer and manufacturer specifications. (Roof Panel - PBR 26g; Wall Panel - PBR 26g). o Provide and install Engineered plans for footings/foundation for the building. o Saw cut and remove portion of existing concrete curb where proposed precast concrete foundation or proposed building are proposed. o Remove and relocated existing light pole. o Site restoration including sod, and restoration of any structures, equipment, systems, or areas of the site disturbed by construction to its preconstruction condition. B. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. Contractor shall be responsible for properly unloading,storing, installing and maintaining all materials and equipment. C. The Contractor shall perform the Work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction. D. All materials, equipment, skills, tools and labor which are reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work in a substantial manner and in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these Specifications or Drawings shall be furnished and installed by the Contractor without additional compensation, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. E. The Contractor shall comply with all Municipal, County, State, Federal, and other codes which are applicable to this Project.
