The Town is requesting bids for a vendor to provide Spring Clean-Up and Mulching services throughout school grounds, Town Building grounds, and municipal parking lots. Work under this bid item is to be done within a defined window (defined below) so as to avoid conflict with school activities and generally ready the facilities for the warmer months. Contractors and subcontractors must submit weekly payroll records either by (1) first class mail, or (2) electronic mail. Furthermore, every weekly submittal of payroll records must contain a signed statement by the employer that indicates (1) that the records are correct, and (2) the rate of wages that each worker receives. There will not be a publicly scheduled site walkthrough for all potential bidders prior to the bid submission deadline.
