Construction a. Provide all construction services necessary to implement the design approved by BASTROP COUNTY. b. Coordinate schedule with the district to avoid interference with school activities and testing. Direct all field activities, safety, and quality control; prepare construction schedules; manage the project safety program; and provide appropriate project permits and reviews. c. Procure all required equipment, subject to District approval. d. Coordinate tie-ins and shutdowns that disrupt the regular wastewater; coordinate all these activities and present a schedule detailing these activities. Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing adequate and appropriate work- arounds to avoid process disruptions and shall not be entitled to any compensation for delays or interference because of actions taken by the district to maintain safe and adequate wastewater generation during construction. e. Integration of all processes and associated equipment into the facility SCADA system. If required. f. Complete construction and testing of pipeline assets to deliver finished wastewater to disposal site. g. Coordinate start-up of all components of the Project. District personnel will be trained by the Proposer or designated manufacturer's representative in the operation of all treatment processes and related equipment. Proposer will be responsible for working with equipment vendors and chemical suppliers to determine the most appropriate chemical dosages. h. Provide for the operations and maintenance of the Facilities for not less than one year (including the minimum 6 months of training for Owner staff) following commissioning. Post Construction Phase a. Prepare as-built documents. b. Assist in project closeout and establish warranties and guarantees This project involves the complete construction of a new On-Site Sewage Facility utilizing the attached Drawings and specifications provided as part of the CSP. The goal of the new OSSF is to provide treatment of wastewater from High School and Middle School Buildings at the Secondary Campus and provide drain fields at the existing football field area. Demolition of the existing drain fields on site is a part of this project. Grading and Revegetation are required is necessary to redirect drainage flow and expand the football field.
