Roadside grass cutting and grass cutting in sewage lagoon areas within the Municipality of Central Elgin. The roadside environment consists both of urban and rural roadsides in both high volume and low volume roads. The sewage lagoons are located outside of Port Stanley and Belmont. Unit prices are per centerline kilometer. Two cuts annually, first to be completed by July, the second by October. Term: 3 years, with two, 1 year options to renew, ending on March 31, 2030 should all renewal options be exercised. Pricing firm for the first 3 years.
