Renovation of a municipal facility in Grafton, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A. Bidders are encouraged to complete an inspection ofthe work and upon determining material requirements, submit with their bid proposal the required amount of stripper and floor finish needed to complete the job. The amount of stripper and floor finish would then be preapproved at the time of the bid award. The quantity of the stripper and floor finish will be provided by the county. All bidders must visit the site, an appointment should be scheduled with Mickey Demester. Phone numbers are listed on the pricing sheets. The bid shall be for the second floor, landing between the 1st and second floor as well as the stairs between the two. B. All furniture will be moved and replaced according to owner instructions. C. After stripping and waxing floors, the successful vendor shall leave the site area completely clean and free of debris at the completion of services performed. The successful vendor shall leave no cleaning problem for courthouse personnel to perform. D. The floor finish and stripper will be supplied by Walsh County prior to use. The county bid form is the only acceptable bid form. Bids that are not on the county bid form will be rejected. Walsh County Highway Department reserves the right to reject any or ail bids. stripping and waxing of floors within the Walsh County Courthouse.
