Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

HSB Lab Modernization Renovate Rooms 329 and 330 on the 3rd floor of the Health & Sciences Building (HSB) to become a Centralized Lab Equipment Facility housing lab instruments for use by the labs within the HSB. Storage for three of the Nitrogen, Helium, Hydrogen and Oxygen gases in Room 332 adjacent to Room 330 plus remote storage for either the Hydrogen or Oxygen gas cylinders. Program for HSB Combined Lecture/Lab to be developed up through Schematic Design for build-out by UIS campus construction staff. This Project is located at: 2295 William Maxwell Lane, Springfield IL 62703.
