THE CITY IS INVITING BIDS FOR THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, DELIVER AND PROVIDE TECHNICAL ADVISING / COMMISSIONING SUPERVISION OF OUTDOOR CAPACITOR BANK - 6MVAR, 13.8kV FOR THE CITY OF BURBANK WATER AND POWER (BWP) DEPARTMENT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL TERMS AS STATED IN THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SPEC-2024-07, BIDDER'S QUOTATION SHEETS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS AS PART OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NO. 2025-003. BIDDER'S QUOTATION SHEETS (PAGES 2 THROUGH 7) MUST BE USED TO SUBMIT YOUR BID. FAILURE TO PROVIDE ALL PAGES AND SIGN THE FORMS WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR BID. WET SIGNATURES AND THIRD PARTY DIGITAL SIGNATURES ARE ACCEPTED. ENSURE TO FOLLOW SECTION 1.5 AND 1.6 PROPOSAL DOCUMENTATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS AND ANNEX B AND C FROM SPEC 2024-07 WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR BID. THESE ITEMS MUST BE UPLOADED WITH THE BIDDER'S QUOTATION SHEETS, OR YOUR BID WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE. UNIT PRICING MUST ALSO BE ADDED TO THE LINE ITEMS TAB. BIDS OR FORMS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE WILL DEEM THE BIDDER NON-RESPONSIVE AND DISQUALIFY THE BIDDER.
