Renovation of a library in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT A STATEMENT AT TIME OF BID INDICATING THAT THE BIDDER WILL WORK TOWARD A BUSINESS UTILIZATION GOAL FOR MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OF 25% AND WOMEN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OF 5%. IN ADDITION, BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT A STATEMENT AT TIME OF BID INDICATING THAT THEY WILL WORK TOWARD A MINORITY WORKFORCE GOAL OF 25% AND A WOMEN WORKFORCE GOAL OF 5% AND A CITY OF BUFFALO RESIDENT GOAL. The City of Buffalo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The Leroy R. Coles Jr. Branch Library Windows and Doors, HVAC and Building Controls, Front Facade Repair project generally consists of: Replacement of the existing air handler unit and rooftop condenser unit. Re-build the existing air handler unit (Alternate deduct bid) and replace the rooftop condenser unit. Add dampers and controls to separate the ground floor HVAC system from the basement floor HVAC system. Provide a new building control system. Replace six existing doors. Replace the existing clerestory window with aluminum storefront windows. Replacement of the existing marble front facade. Replace the E. Delavan Ave. soffit lighting and paint the soffit. And other work indicated in the contract documents
