Remove and re-install the new ceiling tile in the bathroom and kitchen. Before new ceiling installation, perform deep clean for all over ceiling areas at kitchen and bathroom area. 2. Install LED lamps in the kitchen, bathroom, and where needed. 3. Replace three GFCI, eight electrical plugs, and four switches, for kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and hallway areas. 4. Replace faucets for kitchen and bathroom sinks, install all necessary plumbing hardware for supplies lines in the kitchen and bathroom.
