The Owner, the School Board of the City School District of Albany, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the Albany High School Additions and Renovations - Phase 4 - Additional Scope Project. Budget: $430,000 The School Board of City School District of Albany reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, as the Owner being exempt therefrom.
