Reference number: 20053878 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-03-17 The work covered by this contract takes place at the Centre communautaire du Plateau, located at 8815, avenue Jean Paquin in the Charlesbourg borough. The building was built in 1984 and underwent major expansion and redevelopment work in 2015. The current project involves demolishing a portion of the existing building to build an extension that will serve as a reception area and lobby, and house staircases and an elevator to serve all levels. The work includes, but is not limited to: - Demolition of a portion of the existing building containing, among other things, a passenger elevator and stairs; - The construction of an extension to add an elevator, staircases, a reception area and integrated furniture; - Modifications to the existing building and its electromechanical systems as a result of the new extension; - Site development work for the area connecting the parking lot and the new extension (pedestrian surfaces including a new staircase and ramp, paving, lining and landscaping).
