Flooring replacement in Auditorium and Auditorium seating repair and reinstallation Deadline to submit Questions Mar 5th 2025, 3:00 PM CST Provide Labor and Materials to: 1) Replace floor tile in rooms 004, 206, 207, 303, 306, 307, associated wardrobes and Auditorium along with Auditorium chair repair and reinstallation. 2) Replace base molding and reinstall all Auditorium chairs. 3) Contractor responsibility to protect seats from damage during the duration of the project. 4) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all before placing bid. 5) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 6) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on Invitation to Bid a) 09 65 00 RESILIENT FLOORING b) 12 61 01 FIXED AUDIENCE SEATING RESTORATION 7) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 8) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, replace and/or repair as necessary. 9) All questions/requests must be received 2 business days, prior to bid closing. 10) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representative to complete in an agreed upon timeframe. 11) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris and excess mortar. 12) All trash must be removed offsite by vendor and area left clean.
