The scope of work generally includes removal of the existing structural plate arch culvert and concrete footings, modifications to the existing concrete headwalls and installation of a new open bottom concrete box culvert and footings. The project also included reinstatement of the road structure and asphalt, concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, landscaping, and other works as outlined by the contract documents.
