With its bid, each Bidder must deposit security in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid, subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within Sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
