Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Sutton, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project involves repairing the foundations of the main building at the Glen Sutton border crossing to prevent Water From Seeping Into the Basement. Without Limitation, the Work Includes the Following: - Location and Protection of Underground Electrical and Telecommunications Conduits -exploratory Excavation to Define Foundations -dismantling, Storage and/or Protection of Existing Equipment, Installations and Accessories - Localized Demolition of Asphalt - Demolition of Sidewalks, Ramps and Concrete Slabs on the Ground With Exterior Bollards - Soil Characterization - Excavation and Management of Contaminated Soils - Temporary Retention of Land - Dismantling of the Waterproofing Membrane of the Foundation Walls and Any Drainage System - Removal of the Plaster on the Foundation Wall on the East Side - Temporary Relocation of Certain Interior Mechanical/electrical Conduits and Equipment and Localized Demolition of Architectural Finishes on the Interior Face of the Foundation Walls to Seal Cracks - Inspection, Marking and Repair of Deterioration of the Foundation Walls - Preparation of Exterior Surfaces of Foundation Walls and Addition of Waterproofing and Drainage Systems, Including French Drain - Backfilling and Compaction -recomposition of Sidewalks, Ramp and Concrete Slab on Ground With Exterior Bollards - Recomposition of Asphalt - Recomposition of Interior Finishes - Reinstallation of Interior and Exterior Equipment, Installations and Accessories as Existing - Perform a Radon Test Question Deadline 04/15/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
