Board of Stark County Commissioners will receive bids for Castings and Covers for Manholes for the Stark County Sanitary Engineer's Department All bids shall be accompanied by a bond, certified check, cashier's check on a solvent bank or savings and loan association in the amount ofTwo Thousand Dollars ($2.000.00) to ensure that the bidder shall, ifhis bid is accepted, enter into an agreement in conformity to the specifications and the invitation and his bid, in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code. The checks ofthe unsuccessful bidders will be returned immediately upon award and signing of an agreement with the successful bidder or the rejection of all bids. The Stark County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or combination ofbids which is deemed most favorable to the County at the time and under the condition stipulated. The Supplier must be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
