HOME EXTERIOR 1 Windows: Remove and replace with vinyl windows 2 Exterior wall covering material (siding): Remove and replace 3 Fascia and soffit: Repair damage; seal subsequent hole allowing animals to enter attic spaces. 5Basement: Repair area around sewer/radon exhaust penetration, signs of water seepage occurring from an unknown source 6 Master Bedroom Bathroom: Convert to an accessible shower. Repair wood rot and degradation from previous water damage in main floor bathroom.
