Designs offering dimensions of up to 36' x 40' will be considered if they fit within the budget and demonstrate significant value. Roof Requirements: The roof must have an elevation of 12 feet inside clear height. Interior Space: The design must include at least three stalls 10' x 10' or larger. At least two of the stalls must have doors opening to the outside One 10' X 12' concrete wash stall Area for hay and feed storage At least a 10' center aisle Materials and Construction: Use high-quality materials such as steel, or wood elements designed for durability and longevity. The materials must withstand environmental and large animal exposure. Additional Features: Electrical outlets at each stall. Ample lighting fixtures are appropriate for layout of the building. 3 additional walkways are to be included in the scope of this bid. Replace 3' rock beds with concrete outside of three kennel areas. Areas are 3' x 36', 3' x 45', and 3' x 70'.
