Site work and renovation of a civil project in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Facility upgrades to the existing Woodlake WWTP. Upgrades include, but are not limited to, new site access gate, new electrical building, new mechanical drum screen, new aeration blower and aeration manifold, digester & aeration basin improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
