The intention of this invitation to bid is to solicit bids for a two-year contract to perform exterior building and window cleaning and optional window blind cleaning at Preakness Healthcare Center located at 305 Oldham Road, Wayne, New Jersey 07470, exterior window cleaning service at various Passaic County facilities, and interior window cleaning of two entrances at the County Administration Building, 401 Grand St., Paterson, NJ. Performance Period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027 Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Passaic ("Board") reserves the right to consider bid proposals for sixty (60) days after receipt. The Board further reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and to waive minor informalities when authorized to do so under the law.
