Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 158 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of the geotechnical investigation will be to provide recommendations concerning: potential uplift of underground structures due to upward acting hydrostatic pressures caused by groundwater conditions, lateral earth pressures on underground structures, soil classifications for use in defining OSHA trench shoring and bracing design requirements, dewatering requirements for utility excavations, utility bedding requirements, utility excavation and backfilling requirements, pavement subgrade soil preparation and stabilization requirements, rigid pavement design/construction requirements QA date - 5-1-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. As necessary, interpretations or clarifications will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Verbal discussions and answers are not binding.
