The Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority (FKAA), is seeking a Landscaping Firm to enter into a contract to provide landscaping design and installation at the FKAA Stock Island Reverse Osmosis Plant. It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to have the successful firm enter into a Contract with the FKAA to supply services as outlined herein. Correspondences for additional information must be submitted five (5) days before proposals are due in writing via email to David Jackson, Purchasing Manager, at djackson@fkaa.com The services include: Designing an aesthetically pleasing landscape plan for the areas outlined in the accompanying drawing. Ensuring that the landscaping consists of plants that are suitable for their selected locations and the local climate. Purchasing and transporting the plants needed to complete the landscaping plan. Installing the plants per industry best practices; including but not limited to, planting depth, proper bracing, and maintaining a sufficient watering schedule. Warrantying the plants for a period of (1) year from the date of the completion of the project. Inquiries regarding this Request for Proposal should be submitted in writing via email to David Jackson, Purchasing Manager at djackson@fkaa.com Requests for clarification will be received until five (5) days prior to the submittal date.
